Our technicians typically restore most heating and cooling system failures within two hours from your initial call. Please don't risk further damage by running your system if you think it's not operating efficiently.

 

If you are a Lifetime Protection Plan (LPP) customer, you won't be charged a crazy fee for service calls at 3am. Plus, if we can't repair your LPP-covered heating or cooling system quickly, Shipley Energy will pay the core costs to replace it!

If you call Shipley Energy now to schedule an appointment (even if now is midnight...) and you don't have our LPP program, you can sign up on-the-spot with our technician. We will then waive all after-hours house-call charges from your bill—and for any future emergency service calls, too!
