JavaScript Is Not Enabled in your Browser

Many of the features of this application make use of JavaScript technology that is included in most modern web browsers. Therefore JavaScript must be available and enabled in your computer's web browser to use this application.

Newer versions of Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL support JavaScript. If you are currently using an older browser, you may need to download a newer browser to use the application. If you have a browser that supports JavaScript and are having problems using certain features in this site, please refer to the instructions below to help you enable your browser's JavaScript.

If JavaScript in your browser is turned off, please follow the instructions below to enable it:

For Internet Explorer Users (version 6.x):
  1. Go to "View | Internet Options..." from the main menu
  2. Change to the "Security" tab
  3. Select "Custom" and click on the "Settings..." button
  4. To enable: make sure "Enable" is selected under "Active scripting"
  5. Click "OK"

For Netscape Navigator Users (version 6.x):

  1. Click on "Edit | Preferences..." from the main menu
  2. Expand the Advanced Options by clicking once on the plus next to "Advanced".
  3. Choose "Scripts & Plug-ins"
  4. In the window that appears to the right, check "Enable JavaScript for: Navigator"
  5. Below that, check all of the options in the box labeled "Allow scripts to:"
  6. Click "OK"
  7. You must close and re-open your browser for the changes to take effect

For Netscape Navigator Users (version 4.x):

  1. Go to "Edit | Preferences..." from the main menu
  2. Select "Advanced" panel
  3. To enable: make sure "Enable JavaScript" check box is checked.
  4. Click "OK"
  5. You must close and re-open your browser for the changes to take effect
For Mozilla Firefox / Firebird Users (version 5.x):
  1. Go to "Tools | Options..." from the main menu
  2. Click on the "Web Features" button
  3. Click the "Enable Javascript" checkbox
  4. Click the "Advanced" button, check all the boxes shown and click "OK"
  5. Click "OK" in the "Web Features" window
  6. You must close and re-open your browser for the changes to take effect
